Position Responsibilities- Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
- Provide hearing, trial, and appellate oral advocacy
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and colleagues
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Indiana Bar
- 2-8 years of experience in real estate and/or business litigation
- Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from start to finish
- Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent judgment and attention to detail
- Collaborative, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
