Associate Attorney - Business & Real Estate Litigation

• Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Provide hearing, trial, and appellate oral advocacy
• Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and colleagues

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the Indiana Bar
• 2-8 years of experience in real estate and/or business litigation
• Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from start to finish
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• Strategic thinker with excellent judgment and attention to detail
• Collaborative, positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
