Finance and Restructuring Litigation Associate – Indianapolis
Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a litigation associate to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group.
Our practice group delivers integrated and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters.
Responsibilities- Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
- Handle litigation matters related to finance and restructuring.
- Draft pleadings, conduct investigations, and represent clients in court proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience within a large national law firm.
- Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and solid academic credentials.
- Deep knowledge of finance and restructuring matters, preferably in practice.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a collaborative environment.
