Associate Attorney – Indianapolis Office – General Liability & Toxic Tort Practice Group.

• Proactive case management from start to finish in both state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, motions, and research memoranda
• Maintain frequent client communications and reporting
• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations
• Coordinate and collaborate with expert witnesses
• Attend depositions, court hearings, and mediations

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Indiana (licensure in other states is a plus)
• 2–3 years of litigation and toxic‑tort experience in state and federal courts (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload proactively from start to finish
• Strong work ethic with the ability to self‑manage and work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to continued client development
