Patent; Intellectual Property Attorney

We’re looking for a full-time attorney in our Indianapolis office that meets the following criteria:

• Advise clients on intellectual property-related matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, assignment, and non-disclosure agreements
• Conduct IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Manage and maintain clients  IP portfolios
• Stay up-to-date with changes in IP law and industry trends and conduct legal research to support clients  IP needs
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion with strong attention to detail
• Possess high moral character, a hard-working mindset, and practical knowledge
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal teams and clients

• 3+ years of experience practicing intellectual property law; patent attorney preferred
• Maintain client relationships that produce at least $150k of work per year
