Qualifications

• Licensed Indiana attorney in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience
• Superior analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively under pressure
• Strong commitment to client service and professional excellence

• Manage and lead litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Represent clients in court and participate in hearings, trials, and mediations
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
• Work with clients ranging from small and family‑owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies
• Hands‑on courtroom and case management experience
• Exposure to diverse and complex litigation matters
