Immigration Attorney

Vital Legal Group, an Immigration firm located in Indianapolis, is seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate must be able to present a friendly and professional first impression to clients and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

This position is for our Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid office environment, with both remote and in-office work being required.

• Draft support letters, responses to Requests for Evidence from USCIS
• Represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
• Draft communications to clients describing/addressing immigration law issues
• Communicate with clients verbally and in writing to secure information and documentation
• Conduct research by utilizing on-line legal research tools
• Review and maintain client database files
• Plan cases and case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
• Determine case priorities and keep abreast of all case developments
• Learn about U.S. immigration rules and procedures
• Review potential clients' issues and consult with them

• Must possess a Juris Doctorate Degree
• Must be a member in good standing of the Indiana Bar
