Vital Legal Group, an Immigration firm located in Indianapolis, is seeking a full-time Immigration Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate must be able to present a friendly and professional first impression to clients and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

This position is for our Indianapolis, IN office. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid office environment, with both remote and in-office work being required.
The ideal candidate will do the following- Draft support letters, responses to Requests for Evidence from USCIS
- Represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR)
- Draft communications to clients describing/addressing immigration law issues
- Communicate with clients verbally and in writing to secure information and documentation
- Conduct research by utilizing on-line legal research tools
- Review and maintain client database files
- Plan cases and case strategies under the supervision of senior attorneys
- Determine case priorities and keep abreast of all case developments
- Learn about U.S. immigration rules and procedures
- Review potential clients' issues and consult with them

- Must possess a Juris Doctorate Degree
- Must be a member in good standing of the Indiana Bar
- Exceptional communication skills

- Competency to serve clients from a variety of cultures
- Immigration Law experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $ per year
