• Handle trademark, copyright, and advertising issues.
• Engage in both counseling and prosecution matters.

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark law.
• Experience with copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes, and privacy matters is a plus.
• Excellent academic credentials.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
