Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a trademark associate with 2-5 years of experience for its Chicago, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, or Washington D.C. offices. The hybrid schedule is 3 days/week in office. The salary for this position is between $185,000 – $300,000.
Qualifications- 2-5 years of experience in trademark law, including application drafting, prosecution, and performing clearance searches.
- Additional experience in copyright, advertising, licensing, sweepstakes and privacy matters is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
