Job Description
A retail employer in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Warehouse Distribution Project Manager to support existing warehouse operations and inventory control. This role focuses on ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, and alignment with operational strategies. This role will work closely with parts center staff to support smooth daily operations and adherence to company standards.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for loading and unloading Vertical Lift Modules, analyzing and adjusting replenishment levels, and the auto-replenishment processes for technician vehicles. The position also involves maintaining inventory accuracy through the CMMS platform (Maximo), coordinating with supply vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery while identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational goals.
