** This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

** Monday - Friday6:00am - 2:30pm
** Pay Details:** $25.00/hour

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* * Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
* Coordinates shipment movement activities with internal teams, network offices, agents, airlines, and service partners to support timely transit and delivery execution.
* Processes shipment data, status updates, and operational records in applicable systems to maintain accuracy, traceability, and shipment visibility.
* Monitors active shipments and communicates delays, exceptions, and routing issues to relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution and continuity of service.
* Verifies shipment documentation, tracking details, and transaction records to support compliance with transportation requirements and internal procedures.
* Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners to support aligned execution and responsive issue handling.
* Reviews operational trends and recurring shipment issues and provides recommendations to improve workflow, service consistency, and data accuracy.
* Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain operational continuity across scheduled service periods.

* Education:

* * High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

* Work Experience:

*
* * 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking, customer service operations, or a related field required.
* Certification in Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or equivalent certification preferred.
