Performance Health is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The Warehouse Supervisor oversees day-to-day warehouse operations and leads a team to ensure efficient, safe, and organized processes that meet customer needs. This role combines hands‑on warehouse responsibilities with supervisory duties, including training, performance management, and workflow optimization. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures compliance with safety standards, drives operational excellence, and fosters a collaborative team environment.

• Provide direction, assign responsibilities, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of warehouse staff
• Conduct training for new hires and current employees on safety, equipment operation, and standard procedures
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and participate in performance reviews; recommend promotions or disciplinary actions as needed
• Communicate daily priorities to team

• Lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee receiving, inventory management, cycle counts, and order fulfillment
• Maintain organized aisles and storage areas; proactively identify improvements in layout and workflow
• Safely operate and supervise use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and box trucks (26 ft or less)
• Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, including manifests, bills of lading, and cutoff times

• Coordinate and, when necessary, perform deliveries and installations of products at customer facilities
• Ensure all team members understand and follow safety and quality standards during deliveries

• Prepare and review operational reports (e.g., daily summaries, inventory discrepancies)
• Alert management to irregularities in inventory or processes and recommend corrective actions

• Enforce safety rules and maintain a hazard‑free environment
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience working in warehouse operations, including delivery and installation of products
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity within a distribution center
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CDL desirable but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be able to lift/move 50‑100 pounds
• Ability to travel 25‑50% of the time, which includes daily travel for deliveries and some overnight travel as needed
