The O&M Project Manager oversees a portfolio of Operations and Maintenance services projects in the power generation, storage, transmission and distribution space, ensuring all contractual services are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with strong customer service. They manage client relationships, support proposals, pursue new business, and lead a diverse team to achieve project and client goals.

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver O&M projects in compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Ensure safety, cost efficiency, and adherence to project schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships and client experience, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction.
• Coordinate project portfolios, maintaining a consistent approach and customer experience across all projects.
• Support proposal development and actively pursue new business opportunities.

• 15+ years O&M experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems, Solar, T&D systems/substations, or gas, coal, or nuclear‑powered generation.
• 5+ years leading project management or service delivery.
• Transmission experience (electrical systems, substations, energy storage, or power generation).
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Skilled in problem‑solving and troubleshooting.
• Able to coach and mentor others.
• Efficient time management.
• Results‑driven with patience.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to self‑development and industry updates.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Hybrid or flexible work options after the first 90 days based on manager discretion, performance, and work assignment. Frequent travel required for site‑based oversight and training.
