You will manage all internal operational departments, including warehouse, production, duplication, fulfillment, digital print, and facilities across multiple local sites. You will be responsible for capacity and resource planning, scheduling, and maintaining KPIs and dashboards. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest standards of learning and development. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, satisfaction, and requirements.
You will be responsible for local operations cost margins, set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down. We expect you to continue to drive supply chain agility for our operations.
