Respire Homecare Services/Aeratech Medical is looking for a self‑motivated, energetic, and caring Warehouse Supervisor to join our team! The Warehouse Supervisor will manage daily operations in our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for distribution, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.

Manager Responsibilities
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Maintain effective communication between branch warehouses to ensure consistent operations.
  • Oversee equipment and serial number tracking within company systems.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between asset technicians and warehouse staff.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations for subordinate employees.
  • Manage on‑call responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
  • Review and approve payroll for warehouse department staff.
Daily

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and correct order errors before final confirmation.
  • Coordinate the pulling, staging, and delivery/pick‑up of home medical equipment for clients/patients, including routing and scheduling delivery stops (via delivery technicians, UDS, Fed Ex, UPS, Health Ex, or other couriers).
  • Supervise vehicle inventory and ensure timely maintenance and repairs of delivery vehicles.
  • Oversee equipment and supply transfers between branches.
  • Address and resolve client complaints regarding equipment distribution, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Complete all required management reports to track warehouse performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintain accreditation standards.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and patients.
  • Track equipment, lot numbers, maintenance per manufacturer guidelines, recalls, and delivery records.
  • Ensure efficient setup, inventory management, and process adherence in both local and remote warehouses.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement in warehouse and distribution activities.
  • Report any misconduct, safety hazards, or product incidents to appropriate authorities.
  • Participate in inspections and surveys from authorized agencies.
  • Attend and engage in regular and impromptu meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the VP of Warehouse & Distribution.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) homecare is preferred.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive them to accomplish company objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to maintain positive relationships among coworkers.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the State of Michigan.
  • At least 2 years of delivery experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in a high‐demand environment requires attention to detail.
