AES Corporation seeks a Team Leader, Gas Operations to lead a frontline team responsible for safe and reliable natural gas fired power generation. You will set objectives, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative culture.
The TL will supervise 4–5 operators per shift, coordinate with other TLs, manage LOTO for maintenance and contractor crews, and provide on-call coverage as needed to keep the plant running safely.
