The Miami Accessible Media Project Manager oversees daily operations of a partnership between the Indiana Educational Resource Center and the Indiana Department of Correction that produces and distributes accessible educational materials. The role supervises production workflow, offender workforce training, quality control, inventory management, and ensures timely completion of materials in Braille, large print, digital, and other accessible formats, working within Miami Correctional Facility on a Monday-Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm schedule.
Keyqualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in a similar management role
- Specialized knowledge in accessible media and educational materials programs
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws governing educational programs
- Ability to manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and maintain grant compliance
- Ability to recruit, train, supervise employees and manage workflow
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
