Operations Manager

Indianapolis isn't just one of our locations. It's Clark's headquarters
, where our white glove service started and still sets the standard for every site across the Midwest. From our 60,000 sq ft warehouse, we send out 4-6 white glove delivery trucks every day. We're looking for an Operations Manager to run it all.

At Indy, our clients include some of the region's top interior designers
. They trust us with high-end furniture and finished spaces, and they expect every delivery to be perfect. The person in this role will make sure it is.

• Own day-to-day operations at our 60,000 sq ft flagship hub, from inbound freight to final delivery
• Be the go-to partner for our interior designer clients: anticipate their needs, solve problems fast, and earn their repeat business
• Recruit, build and motivate top-tier delivery teams who take pride in white glove work
• Coach crews on the details that matter: careful handling, room-of-choice setup, assembly, and a great customer experience
• Keep 4-6 daily truck routes, schedules and service levels running smoothly
• Work alongside company leadership at HQ to shape how Clark's grows

• Obsessed with the customer. You treat every delivery like it's going into your own home
• A natural leader who can rally a team, recruit great people and keep them fired up
• Organized and calm under pressure when the schedule changes at 7 a.m.
• 3+ years of management experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse or field operations, ideally in furniture or white glove service
• Comfortable with dispatch, routing and ERP systems

• $65,000 - $70,000 starting salary
