Our Store Managers are responsible for creating a team and environment that customers want to come back to. As the leader of your location, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on your team, your customers, and the community you serve.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the store while building a team that delivers exceptional customer service and takes pride in their work. You'll set the tone for your location, develop your employees, maintain high standards, and work toward the overall success of the store. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and understands that a successful store is built on a strong team and a great customer experience.

What You'll DoTake ownership of the overall operation and performance of your store

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong team Create a positive workplace where employees feel supported and motivated

Lead by example and set clear expectations for customer service and performance

Build schedules and ensure appropriate staffing for daily operations

Oversee cash handling, deposits, and financial responsibilities

Monitor inventory, ordering, receiving, and product availability

Maintain high standards for store cleanliness, food quality, and presentation

Ensure company policies, safety standards, and procedures are followed

Address customer concerns and find solutions that create a positive experience

Monitor sales, expenses, and store performance while identifying opportunities for improvement

Communicate regularly with the Good Oil leadership team Recognize employee accomplishments and address performance concerns when needed

Ensure the store is prepared for busy periods, promotions, and seasonal changes

Be an active part of the community your store serves

Previous management or leadership experience preferredA willingness to be hands-on and work alongside your team

Additional compensation:
Eligible bonus plan and performance-based wage increases, subject to program requirements
