Walmart Vision Center in Camby, IN seeks an Optical Lead to drive department sales through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution. You will forecast trends, align assortments with customer needs, monitor pricing, and lead the optical team while maintaining high service standards.
You will support OD services, oversee measurements, fittings and education under supervision, coordinate with labs, and promote HIPAA-compliant patient care.
