As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Improvement Manager to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all safety, quality assurance and control activities within our corrugator packaging facility. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Encourage team commitment to Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, providing constructive feedback to leadership.
- Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all levels.
- Implement strategies to enhance workplace conditions, focusing on ergonomics, air quality, and overall employee well‑being.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality performance using Statistical Process Control.
- Lead orientation training sessions for new hires on Safety and Quality protocols.
- Conduct timely investigations into incidents, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to develop action plans for hazard mitigation.
- Educate staff on principles of Total Quality management.
- Address and resolve significant quality issues in production, maintaining effective communication with customers and leadership.
- Promote a culture of excellence in Safety, Environmental, and Quality initiatives through personal dedication and focus, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- MUST HAVE CORRUGATED PACKAGING EXPERIENCE
. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards (e.g., ISO 9001 and BCRGS).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
