Location: Southwest Indianapolis

If you’re looking for dependable work, consistent hours, and a hands‑on role in manufacturing, this Packer position is a great way to start the year strong.

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Overtime: Frequent half-day Saturdays

You’ll support production by preparing finished products for shipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Packing finished metal parts and products

• Inspecting parts for basic quality and defects

• Labeling, counting, and preparing orders

• Keeping your work area clean and organized

• Following safety and quality procedures

Required:

• Previous production, or manufacturing experience

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move product as required

Preferred:

• Manufacturing or metal shop experience

• Attention to detail and ability to work at a steady pace

• Full‑time hours with a consistent schedule

• Overtime opportunities for extra income
