Production Laborer

Job Description

We are looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work.

Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7 a.m. Monday through Friday. Work until concrete sets (typically around 3:30 pm) or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays.

$18.00 with +$1/hr increase after 90 days with good attendance.

Additional $3/hr increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance for the week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr available first week of employment if you meet requirements.

• Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms.
• Assist with removing product from molds/forms.
• Clean and oil all forms.
• Maintain and utilize the forms properly.
• Perform daily work area clean up.
• Good attendance and dependability.

• Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to 75 pounds comfortably).
• GED or High School Diploma preferred; on-the-job training provided.
