Your Role & Responsibilities

Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to set up and operate CNC machining centers.

Work with high-performance materials while maintaining tight tolerances.

Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, bore gauges, micrometers) to ensure quality.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to meet customer deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

3 - 5 years of CNC machining experience, aerospace preferred.

Strong G & M code programming skills (Mastercam a plus!).

Ability to work with stainless & high-temp alloys.

Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Team player with a self-starter attitude.
