Clerk Maintenance

Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

• Receive and verify shipped materials against Purchase Orders, Credit Card and Vender drop offs
• Physically inspect the products and place into the proper crib and its location
• Dispatch products from the stockroom to associates as required. Insure proper tracking in the CMMS
• Assist maintenance team as required to expedite internal part location or by using outside vendor to locate part as needed
• Weekly and monthly perform physical inventory counts in all crib locations
• Add new parts to inventory as required by engineering, reliability, and maintenance team
• Organize and ship parts that are rebuilds, track shipping, cost and return dates
• Organize and FIFO crib materials
• Prepare replenishment request daily within the CMMS
• Collaborate with supply vendors to assure smooth plant operations. Retrieve quote, part specifications, and or alternative parts as required
• Processes and documents any returns as required, following established procedures
• Review and remedy non posted transactions in the CMMS

Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate/HSE or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
• Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
• Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others
• Previous experience working in manufacturing and/or maintenance environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience working with Bentley APM or other CMMS
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to understand technical specifications

Additional Information:

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $47,860 USD - $54,912 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
