We're not just manufacturing plastic packaging – we're crafting the future of sustainable food storage and transport.

We're a tight-knit team of doers. We hire exceptional people who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about making a difference in the world, one package at a time.

Why we need you

You are the wizard behind the curtain, the master of metamorphosis who transforms raw pellets into precision-engineered marvels. Without you, our groundbreaking designs would remain just that – designs. Your expertise in injection molding is the bridge between concept and reality, the crucial link that brings our sustainable packaging solutions to life.

In your hands, our state-of-the-art Arburg ALL ROUNDER injection molding machines become instruments of innovation. You're not just operating equipment; you're orchestrating a symphony of pressure, temperature, and timing that results in perfect, consistent products. Your attention to detail ensures that every cap, every container meets our exacting standards, protecting both the integrity of our clients' products and our reputation for excellence.

But more than that, you're our front-line innovator. Your insights into the molding process, your suggestions for improvement, and your commitment to efficiency are vital as we push the boundaries of what's possible in sustainable packaging. In a world drowning in plastic waste, your skills are helping us turn the tide, one perfectly molded piece at a time.

Here's what you'll be doing

You'll be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that our injection molding operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your days will be filled with the satisfying hum of machinery and the pride of seeing tangible results of your expertise.

You'll:

  • Master our cutting-edge Arburg ALL ROUNDER injection molding machines, becoming one with these precision instruments to produce flawless products.
  • Fine-tune molding parameters with the precision of a surgeon, optimizing for both quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot like a detective, quickly identifying and resolving any issues that arise during production.
  • Collaborate with our R&D team to test new sustainable materials and push the boundaries of what's possible in injection molding.
  • Champion our commitment to sustainability by minimizing waste and maximizing material efficiency in every production run.
You need these qualifications
  • You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
  • You're fluent in the language of plastics, understanding the nuances of different materials and how they behave under various molding conditions.
  • You have a keen eye for quality control, able to spot the slightest imperfection and take corrective action.
  • You're comfortable with basic preventive maintenance tasks, keeping our machines in top condition.
  • You thrive in a team environment but are also capable of working independently during your shift.
It would be nice if
  • You have experience with Arburg ALL ROUNDER injection molding machines or similar high-performance equipment.
  • You're familiar with sustainable or bio-based plastics and their unique processing requirements.
  • You've implemented process improvements in previous roles, applying lean manufacturing principles.
  • You have experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
  • You're pursuing or have completed courses in plastics technology or a related field.
  • You're passionate about reducing plastic waste and have ideas on how to make injection molding more sustainable.

We're excited to hear from you! Please send us your resume and a cover letter that tells us why you're the injection molding wizard we've been searching for. Share a story about a time you overcame a challenging production issue or an idea you have for making injection molding more sustainable.
