About the Role

Material Handling Supervisor at Allegiance Industries, Inc. Join our team to manage a high-performing material handling team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Shift & Facility

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Material Handlers
  • Interview, hire, train, and mentor employees
  • Oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments
  • Operate forklifts, tuggers, and other material handling equipment
  • Ensure aisles remain clear by cleaning and sweeping the floor, removing empty pallets, loose cardboard boxes, and debris
  • Empty waste and recycled bins
  • Assist with production line as needed
  • Assist with janitorial cleaning responsibilities (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
  • Loading and unloading materials from various vehicles
  • Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance
  • Follow written instructions and keep accurate records
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations
  • Experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations
  • Proven experience motivating and training staff
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self‑directed
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage effective time
  • Strong service/quality mindset
  • Professionalism
  • Proven computer skills
