The Damper Technician is responsible for builds of all damper, spring, and third components, including physical assembly and dyno testing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail in assembling high tolerance components. This job will include extensive travel to races and tests and will be eligible to be a member of the over-the-wall pit crew.

Knowledge, Skills, and

Experience:

• High School or equivalent required
• Hands-on mechanical experience, preferably automotive or aerospace
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
• Motorsport experience ideal, not required
• Attention to detail, organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Travel requirements include race weekends in addition to tests
