Starting Rate OR Range: $18.75 plus 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift
Additional Incentives- $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement
- $150 Safety Glasses Reimbursement
- Company will provide all tools necessary
- 2+ Weeks’ Vacation (years of experience in trade considered)
- Cross-training provided
Work Hours: 12-hour shift (days and nights)
As our Assistant Machine operator, you will:- Assist the machine Operator with the everyday operation of the press
- Ensure machine is producing product to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
- Receive training to help advance your career
- Move gathered books from end of press and place on skid
- Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound
- Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
- Experience – Previous machine experience preferred
- Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications
- Ability to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team members
