• Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non‑standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job‑related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
• Preferred:
  Packer experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Mechanical aptitude.

• Comply with all written and verbal safety rules.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
• Understand all charting order instructions and arrange packaging supplies and boxes as per charting instructions.
• Pack and wrap finished goods as per procedure/charting instructions.
• Print/attach pallet labels as per the order and move pallets to the designated location.
• Assist operator during line startup & shutdown.
• Use hand tools such as pallet jack.
• Make end boards.
• Run horizontal/vertical packing crane (manual or radio control).
• Provide packing supplies; ensure the material handler has all needed supplies for packaging a product.
• Comply with plant safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Help in all areas when needed.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and be willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
• Perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, etc., as described in the detailed job description.

• Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures (cold and hot).
• Loud noise.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with repetitive lifting and bending.
• Stand for up to 12 hrs; work a 12‑hr rotating schedule.
• Must wear steel‑toe shoes and appropriate PPE on the production floor at all times.
• Shorts, jewelry, and loose hanging clothing are not allowed.
