Production Technician

Our client, a leader in pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting aseptic filling operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $30

Shift: 1st shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), Mon to Fri

• Become certified for entry into the GMP cleanroom space to perform sanitization, supply management, and aseptic filling operations.

• Execute aseptic fill processes following batch records and SOPs.

• Verify calibration and sanitization of equipment and supplies to support production.

• Increase competency in manufacturing procedures, including component preparation, filling, and capping.

• Operate related equipment and provide training to new team members.

• Previous isolator experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is required.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant aseptic filling experience in a cGMP facility.

• Knowledge of GMP compliance regulations and aseptic process procedures.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform calculations accurately.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
