Position Summary
The Weekend Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations during the weekend day shift. This role ensures that safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved while fostering a culture of people-focused leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership through empathy, clear communication, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams that are both goal-oriented and deeply engaged.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving advanced manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in solar, semiconductor, or other advanced manufacturing industries preferred.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems preferred.
