Led by highly-experienced industry veterans, we’re among the first-to-market to offer US-made solar cells in a 550w dual-glass module that can deliver exceptional durability and top-tier performance.
But, we’re not stopping there. Our facility also produces an innovative, ultralight, 17-pound 520w module, designed for commercial rooftops and low-load-bearing structures, bringing solar to places traditional panels can’t reach.
Key Responsibilities Lead by example in upholding all company safety protocols and PPE requirementsAnalyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement appropriate solutionsDevelop new manufacturing processes, including machine layouts, workflow improvements, and material handling systemsInvestigate and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, manufacturing equipment, operator training, and production inefficienciesCreate and maintain detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Material Handling Procedures, and Manufacturing Best PracticesParticipate in all Continuous Improvement and 5S activitiesSupport all aspects of the Quality Management System, including ISO
9001 certification and Internal Audit activitiesSupport the Quality Team in investigations, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation for any customer reported issues or internal non-conformances which may ariseAnalyze manufacturing data to identify trends and address manufacturing issuesGuide, train, and coach junior equipment technicians in proper machine maintenance and troubleshooting, as applicableCoordinate activities with other shift personnel, as neededCooperate and work with cross-functional departments as neededEducation
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience
3+ years of experience in an automated high-speed manufacturing environment
Required Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent communication and team working skillsStrong sense of responsibility and InitiativeExcellent creative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to mentor / train junior members of the staffSome proficiency of CAD software would be desirableJobsite
