Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Are you the go-to problem solver for industrial equipment? If you thrive on eliminating downtime, reading schematics like a map, and balancing PLC diagnostics with hands‑on mechanical work, this role is for you. Help us keep production moving while elevating safety, quality, and reliability across our facility.

What you’ll do
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant machinery and facility systems to manufacturer and management specifications.
  • Install and service equipment and systems; verify against blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
  • Leverage strong PLC and VFD knowledge to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Use electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools and methods; support conveyor systems.
  • Repair/replace transmission components: pulleys, sheaves, belts, bearings, shafts.
  • Perform corrective welding and light fabrication for parts, frames, and structures.
  • Execute basic pipe fitting and fabrication tasks.
  • Assist production with cleaning, assembly, operation, and training on production equipment.
  • Document work thoroughly; follow the preventive maintenance program.
  • Repair and maintain powered industrial trucks and forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; other duties as assigned.
What you bring
  • Education/

    Experience:

    High school diploma or GED and at least three (3) years’ experience and/or training, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Experience level: 2 years
  • Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
  • Communication skills to train and collaborate with team members, leadership, and vendors.
  • Above‑average troubleshooting and reasoning skills.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and problem‑solving.
Tech stack and tools
  • Comfort entering data into computer programs and using the internet to source parts and technical info.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to operate machines, forklifts, aerial lifts, and floor cleaning machines; obtain certifications.
  • Hands‑on proficiency with mechanical/hand tools, forklifts, welding equipment, drill press, saws, and an amp meter.
  • Own basic tools.
Environment and physicals
  • Stand/sit for varied periods; push, pull, bend, lift, carry, and move up to 65 lbs.
  • Production environment with mechanical/electrical equipment, moving objects, dirt/dust, and noise.
  • Eye and ear protection required for the entire shift; work in varying temperatures.
  • Work on platforms, stairs, ladders; at heights and under equipment.
  • Fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work with flexibility for overtime and the ability to multitask.

    From $25.00 per hour

    12 hour shift;
    Evening/Day shift;
    Alternating On call;
