Industrial Maintenance Technician
BCI Solutions is looking for a highly skilled, highly independent Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running strong. If you’re the type who doesn’t need someone standing over your shoulder—and you take pride in fixing problems the right way, you’ll thrive here.
Base pay range$22.00/hr - $35.00/hr
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of industrial machinery with minimal supervision
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment rebuilds
- Inspect and repair key components: spindles, ball screws, tool changers, lubrication systems, etc.
- Keep machines safe, accurate, and production-ready—your way, with proven processes
- Hands‑on industrial repair experience
- Ability to read prints, schematics, diagnostic screens
- Strong problem‑solving with a calm, methodical approach
- Comfort working largely autonomously, making decisions and owning outcomes
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and doing things right the first time
