Rotation Pattern Is As Follows Week 1 Mon/Tue, Sat/Sun;
Week 2 Wed/Thu/Fri

The Job You Will Perform- Operate PIT in a safe and efficient manner to transport raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse area
- Transport rolls of paper to and from the press
- Make sure all test rolls or other materials, including in-house nonconforming material are properly labeled and put in quarantine areas
- Rotate varnish inventories and deliver varnish to the press
- Deliver all incoming Fed-Ex or UPS packaging to the staging area following the receiving of packages work instruction
- Help Plate Makers move boxes of plate material in the warehouse to supply them with the materials they need
- Load and unload miscellaneous materials, i.e. full and empty plate boxes, full and empty varnish totes, pallets of ink drums and kits, anilox rolls, maintenance parts, etc.
- Change propane tanks on clamp trucks and fork truck. Safely maintain propane storage
- Take trash from press trash carts and place bundles into scrap trailers; order trash trailers when full
- Keep warehouse clean and orderly
- Maintain accurate logs and data sheets (QMS, Slitter Log, Encore, BOL, PIT Inspection)
- Maintain orderly scrap/recycle trailers
- Help at the press when needed (strip rolls, band rolls, wash plates, run robot)
- Operate OLR/Slitter as needed
- Assist with Shipping Supervisor responsibilities
- Other tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- PIT certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification with 90 of start date
- Material handling experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work with little to no supervision
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to sit and operate PIT for extended time periods
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
