Production Scheduler

Job Overview

We are currently looking for someone to create and organize a production schedule on a daily basis and ensure customer due dates are met. This role will produce schedules for our two shops, integrate orders into a master schedule, and coordinate materials and staffing to meet delivery dates. The position reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with the shop foreman and purchasing.

This person will manage the schedule, ensure material inventory is in stock on time, and oversee accurate timekeeping for employees.

• Create and maintain daily production schedules.
• Integrate orders into the master schedule.
• Coordinate material availability and staffing to meet delivery dates.
• Manage material inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Monitor employee time cards and verify accurate clock‑ins.
• Report status to Plant Manager, foreman, and purchasing.

• Competent in Fulcrum, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication with staff and management.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Pay is dependent on experience.
