Machine Operator

2nd (2pm-10pm) and 3rd (10pm-6am) shifts. Training would be on 1st Shift (6am-2pm) for the first few months.

• The role involves setting up machines for production cycles, including calibration and cleaning, and controlling or adjusting machine settings such as speed when necessary.
• It requires inspecting products using precision and measuring tools, troubleshooting and fixing issues that may arise during shifts, and performing quality control by checking outputs for machine-related errors or flaws.
• Additionally, the position includes maintaining records of approved and defective units or final products and keeping detailed activity logs.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred applicants will also have background, knowledge, and experience with machine operating and/or mechanical experience.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively with a team.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
