Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes, primarily within casting or foundry environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement lean manufacturing practices, optimize production planning, and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a casting or foundry environment.
• Strong understanding of casting processes, production planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, ERP systems, and production planning software.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Experience with metal casting technologies (sand casting, investment casting, etc.).
• Knowledge of supply chain integration and material flow in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, PPAP).
