FANUC CNC Programmer – Machinist (Mills & Lathes) Base Pay Range

Step Into a Day on Our Floor

You arrive to the hum of a vertical CNC mill, load the job you set up, and confirm every metric tolerance against the print. You tweak G‑ and M‑code at the control of a FANUC machine, validate with calipers and micrometers, and kick off a smooth production run. Mid‑morning, you pivot to a CNC lathe, tackle a new setup without assistance, and solve a tooling issue before it slows the schedule.

By shift’s end, your workspace is spotless, your parts are on size, and the team knows they can count on you.
