Blue Rhino is seeking a Full‑Time Production Specialist to join our hardworking and safety‑focused team. This is a hands‑on, labor‑intensive role where you’ll frequently lift and stack 40‑lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak‑tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. If you enjoy physical, team‑oriented work and have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact every day.
As you learn and become confident at each station, you can advance from Level I to Level II, and even reach Senior Level. Below is the pay scale for future growth.

- Performs washer functions which include placing cylinders on conveyor belt, sorting, removing sleeve and peeling label.
- Cylinders dispatch to paint, fill, or rework stations.
- Completes paint line operations which include loading cylinders in tank hanger, applying paint bag applicator, and unloading tank hanger.
- Operates shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper (data code label), and stacker (palletizing).
- Manually checks for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions.
- Performs cylinder refurb operations based on workstation.
- Stacks finished product.
- Checks for quality assurance.
- Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
- Ability to work overtime, as required.
- Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
