Pay: $32.92/hr (during training) | $33.42/hr (after training)
Schedule- Training Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1st Shift)
- Regular Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Job Type: Contract (5–6 months)

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Maintenance Technician II
, you'll keep machines running smoothly by performing:
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
- Preventative maintenance on production machinery
- Reading and understanding blueprints and manuals
- Estimating materials and planning small repairs or improvements
- Working with tools, machinery, and a variety of systems like PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, and refrigeration
You’ll also need to be physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, and using full range of motion during your shift.
What You Need to Be Successful- At least 2 years of experience in a related maintenance role or a technical degree
- Strong troubleshooting skills with machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with systems like Allen Bradley PLCs
, servo motors, frequency drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler and HVAC systems, and ammonia refrigeration (NH3) - Ability to read blueprints, estimate work, and follow safety procedures
- Food manufacturing experience and knowledge of 5S or Six Sigma is a plus
- A team player with solid mechanical and electrical know‑how
