Cleanroom Production Operator

Job Description

A manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking dedicated Cleanroom Assemblers to join their team across multiple shifts. The role involves the assembly of both simple and complex devices in a highly-regulated cleanroom environment.

• Assemble simple and complex devices with precision.
• Operate automated assembly equipment efficiently.
• Record and document both final and in-process procedures accurately.
• Package and label the final product following detailed instructions.
• Read and comprehend work procedures and assembly drawings regularly.
• Verify product integrity using checklists.
  
  Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.

• Proficiency in assembly and production processes.
• Experience as a Production Assembler or in hand assembly.
• Competence in using hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and soldering.
• Capability to work on an assembly line with attention to detail.

• 1st shift: 7:00AM to 3:00PM (Monday through Friday) - $18
• 2nd shift: 3:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday through Friday) - $19.75
• 3rd shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM (Sunday through Thursday) - $19.75
• * Will be training on 1st shift for up to 2 weeks. *

This position is in a cleanroom environment, which requires adherence to strict regulations. Due to the nature of the products being manufactured, a high level of attention to detail and thorough documentation is essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis, IN.
