Job Description
A manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking dedicated Cleanroom Assemblers to join their team across multiple shifts. The role involves the assembly of both simple and complex devices in a highly-regulated cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities- Assemble simple and complex devices with precision.
- Operate automated assembly equipment efficiently.
- Record and document both final and in-process procedures accurately.
- Package and label the final product following detailed instructions.
- Read and comprehend work procedures and assembly drawings regularly.
- Verify product integrity using checklists.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Proficiency in assembly and production processes.
- Experience as a Production Assembler or in hand assembly.
- Competence in using hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly, wiring, and soldering.
- Capability to work on an assembly line with attention to detail.
- 1st shift: 7:00AM to 3:00PM (Monday through Friday) - $18
- 2nd shift: 3:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday through Friday) - $19.75
- 3rd shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM (Sunday through Thursday) - $19.75
- * Will be training on 1st shift for up to 2 weeks. *

Work EnvironmentThis position is in a cleanroom environment, which requires adherence to strict regulations. Due to the nature of the products being manufactured, a high level of attention to detail and thorough documentation is essential.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
