Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring General Labor Associates for a poultry processing facility. This position works in the Evisceration Department
, where team members are responsible for removing internal organs from poultry and ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards.
This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable working around raw poultry and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Hours:
6:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday
Overtime:
Up to 2 hours per day + Fridays as needed
Pay: $17.00/hr
- Perform evisceration and processing duties on poultry products
- Remove and inspect internal organs according to established procedures
- Maintain product quality and food safety standards
- Operate production equipment and tools safely
- Identify and remove products that do not meet quality specifications
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable working with raw poultry products
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing, food production, or poultry processing experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Stand for 8-12 hour shifts
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a wet, noisy, and temperature-controlled production environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
