Vectrus, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Production Support Engineer) to enable rapid, high-mix/low-volume production.
You will work with design engineers and production teams to translate concepts into manufacturable processes, develop work instructions, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. The role requires 5–8 years in aerospace/defense manufacturing, experience with DFx, PFMEA, RCCA, and knowledge of MIL-STD guidelines.
