Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Craft Mark Bakery is seeking a Facilities Technician to join a modern, highly automated bakery complex. You will operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration, boilers, HVAC and other plant utilities, while ensuring safety and compliance with food safety standards.
You will work nights on a 2-2-3 schedule with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. A strong mechanical background and IIAR/ASHRE knowledge are preferred, along with teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
