Manufacturing Assembly Associate

Location: Crothersville

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

-230pm

2nd, 5pm-130am

Plus mandatory overtime as needed

** Pay Rate:**  $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Handle materials and products on the assembly line, ensuring quality and efficiency.

+ Lift and move items continuously, with weights ranging from 15-50 lbs.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

+ Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing steel toe shoes, safety glasses, and a safety yellow shirt.

+ Participate in mandatory overtime as required, working 8-10 hour shifts, 5-6 days per week.

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

+ Ability to lift and carry items weighing 15-30 lbs continuously.

+ Strong commitment to safety and following workplace protocols.

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

+ Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
