Saab is expanding its advanced manufacturing facility in West Lafayette, IN, hiring 3rd shift Structural Assemblers to build the aft fuselage for the T-7A Red Hawk trainer. Starting hourly rate is $23–$25 with a $2 premium for the 3rd shift, and paid on-site training through the Aerospace structures training academy.
Responsibilities include following standardized procedures, producing quality assemblies, assisting training of new staff, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
