Saab is seeking 3rd shift Structural Assemblers in West Lafayette, IN to build the aft fuselage for the T-7A Red Hawk. Earn 23–25 USD/hour with a 3rd shift premium of 2 USD. Paid on-site training via Aerospace structures academy and start date early December 2026.
Responsibilities include assembling aircraft structure, reading drawings, and mentoring new team members, while supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, and morale. This is a full-time, on-site role with full Saab benefits.
