Saab is seeking 3rd shift Structural Assemblers to build the aft fuselage for the T-7A Red Hawk in West Lafayette, IN. Responsibilities include assembling the aircraft structure, training teammates, and contributing to a state-of-the-art production system. Paid, on-site training through the Aerospace structures academy will be provided with an early December 2026 start.
Starting hourly rate is $23–$25, with a third shift premium of $2 per hour. Applicants must be U.S.
